These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software applications and services provided by OI Wild GmbH ("we", "us", "our"), including the oi-wild.com website, webTWK, and any other applications we offer.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

To use our applications, you need an account created by an OI Wild administrator. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

2. Licenses

Access to our applications requires a valid license. Licenses are:

• Personal: assigned to your account and not transferable to other users
• Subscription-based: active for the duration of your subscription period
• Revocable: we may revoke a license if these Terms are violated

Trial licenses may be offered at our discretion and may have limited functionality or duration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent license restrictions or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services

4. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided through our services are the property of OI Wild GmbH and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

6. Availability and Support

We strive to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OI Wild GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your license and access to our services will end.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
